 Healthy is important in our lives. If we are healthy we can do any activity. To stay healthy, people are willing to do anything, they can even spend a lot of money on health, but actually keeping the body healthy is not difficult, it doesn't even require a fee at all. The following are ways to stay healthy that I know of:

1. Increase consumption of water

Water is very important for our body, because we lose water every day through urine, defecation, sweat and breathing, so we need to fill our water intake. Drinking lots of water can also help our concentration in thinking.



2. Sleep and get enough rest

The body really needs rest to be able to return to maximum activity.


3. Meditation

Meditation can calm the mind and calm the soul and keep us from stress.


4. Regular exercise

Exercise can help reduce the risk of disease, higher bone density and weight loss.



5. Eat fruits and vegetables

Eating fruits and vegetables that are as high as vitamins and minerals is high, then high fiber will facilitate digestion, can reduce obesity and can reduce cholesterol levels are quite high, blood pressure is more stable and can even prevent the occurrence of cancer.


6. Always think positively

Always thinking positively keeps us from things that make us stressed.


7. Don't drink alcohol

Drinking alcohol can affect the functioning of the brain, liver, lungs, and other major organs.


8. Don't smoke

Smoking can cause lung cancer to oral cancer, and harm people around you.




The healthy lifestyle that I live in now is:

1. Drink plenty of water, that is, when I wake up, when I want to take a bath, before and after eating, when I am tired, and before I go to sleep.

2. I do not smoke and stay away from smokers.

3. Sleep and get enough rest.

4. Don't think negative things that make me stress.

5. I do things that i like, so it does not burden me

6. Small sports like walking, running and every night of the week I play badminton with my brothers.

7. I don't drink alcohol.



To live a healthy life you can do the things I wrote above and if there is something missing you can leave a comment below. My message is not too pushy to diet, enough to reduce foods that are not good for consumption. 



In general, the way to spread bacteria is through the following three main ways:

1. Through touch between skin and objects containing bacteria

One of the most comfortable homes for bacteria is the human hand. About 5,000 bacteria inhabit your hands every time. Therefore, the touch of the hand, both directly with the skin of other people and holding objects, can be a medium for spreading bacteria.
Do not wash your hands after holding your nose / mouth when coughing / sneezing, holding animals, urinating, touching raw food, preparing food, changing children's diapers, and others can trigger the spread of bacteria from your body to others. Touching the skin of an infected person can also cause you to catch the disease.


2. By air

Another way of spreading bacteria is through moisture dew particles that come out when you cough or sneeze. Air particles containing bacteria and viruses can be inhaled by other people and infect their bodies, so they contract the cough and flu you have.


3. Cross-contamination of food

If you do not pay attention to cleanliness, cooking activities can often be a source of transmission of diseases caused by bacteria. The unclean cooking process, such as not washing hands after touching raw food, preparing food, and using the toilet before cooking can spread bacteria to others. Eating foods contaminated with bacteria can cause diarrhea, botulism and food poisoning.
